How to Share a Dashboard

Visibility

  1. Click the visibility button to make a dashboard externally visible or hidden.

Sharing a Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Dashboard Management.
  2. Ensure that the dashboard is externally visible by checking the visibility button at the bottom of the chosen dashboard.
  3. Click the share button.
  4. Share a direct link or use the embed code to embed the dashboard on your own website.

Password Protection

  1. Click the password protection button to set a password.
  2. Type a password and click the set password button.
  3. The shared dashboard will now be protected and only accessible via this password.

Forgetting a Shared Dashboard's Password

  1. Click the password protection button.
  2. Click delete.
  3. Click the password protection button again to set a new password.
