Summaro AI dashboards are designed to be flexible, secure, and accessible anywhere — no downloads or installations required.

  1. Dashboard Creation & Limits

    1. You can create up to 24 dashboards.
    2. A maximum of 24 visuals across all dashboards is allowed.
    3. Upload a logo or image to personalize your dashboard.
    4. Images can be added during or after dashboard creation.
    5. File types supported: PNG, JPG, JPEG (max file size: 5MB).

  2. Editing & Managing Dashboards

    1. Edit a dashboard at any time by:
      1. Changing the title, layout, visuals, or image.
      2. Updating or replacing visuals using AI chat.
      3. Delete a dashboard from the admin view if no longer needed.

  3. Dashboard Sharing Security Options

    1. Toggle password protection for secure access.
    2. Share via protected link or embed code.
    3. Passwords can be removed at any time.
      Tip: Send the password separately for secure internal reports.

  4. Visitor Statistics

    1. Track visitor views per dashboard to measure engagement.
    2. Statistics are updated in real-time and viewable by admins. 

  5. Custom Domain Connection

    1. You can map a custom domain (e.g., dashboard.yourcompany.com) to your Summaro.
    2. This feature supports dashboards, brand consistency and easy access for external stakeholders.

  6. Smart Descriptions with Summaro AI

    1. When you enter a dashboard or visual description, Summaro AI allows you to enhance it with one click:
    2. After typing your description, click the Enhance with AI button.
    3. Summaro AI will rewrite your input into a clean, polished version, formatted for clarity and professionalism.
    4. You can review, edit, or regenerate as needed before saving.
    5. This is ideal for improving clarity, eliminating typos, and making dashboards feel more polished for internal and external audiences.

    1. Dashboards are fully responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
    2. Your team and clients can access dashboards anywhere, anytime, with no app installs or downloads required.
    3. The interface auto-adjusts for readability and interaction on smaller screens.
