Dashboard Management & Customization
Summaro AI dashboards are designed to be flexible, secure, and accessible anywhere — no downloads or installations required.
Dashboard Creation & Limits
- You can create up to 24 dashboards.
- A maximum of 24 visuals across all dashboards is allowed.
- Upload a logo or image to personalize your dashboard.
- Images can be added during or after dashboard creation.
- File types supported: PNG, JPG, JPEG (max file size: 5MB).
Editing & Managing Dashboards
- Edit a dashboard at any time by:
- Changing the title, layout, visuals, or image.
- Updating or replacing visuals using AI chat.
- Delete a dashboard from the admin view if no longer needed.
Dashboard Sharing Security Options
- Toggle password protection for secure access.
- Share via protected link or embed code.
- Passwords can be removed at any time.
Tip: Send the password separately for secure internal reports.
Visitor Statistics
- Track visitor views per dashboard to measure engagement.
- Statistics are updated in real-time and viewable by admins.
Custom Domain Connection
- You can map a custom domain (e.g., dashboard.yourcompany.com) to your Summaro.
- This feature supports dashboards, brand consistency and easy access for external stakeholders.
Smart Descriptions with Summaro AI
- When you enter a dashboard or visual description, Summaro AI allows you to enhance it with one click:
- After typing your description, click the Enhance with AI button.
- Summaro AI will rewrite your input into a clean, polished version, formatted for clarity and professionalism.
- You can review, edit, or regenerate as needed before saving.
- This is ideal for improving clarity, eliminating typos, and making dashboards feel more polished for internal and external audiences.
