4. Select file
   User:

5. Map Columns
   AI suggests column mapping (e.g., Date → X-axis, Sales → Y-axis)
   User confirms or adjusts as needed

6. Customize Styling
   Set axis labels, colors, and conditional formatting (e.g., “Net Profit < 20% → red” or “all values > 30 → green”)

7. Save Visual
   

8. Save Preset (Optional)
   The AI will prompt you to save a preset of your configuration. Reuse presets for fast, consistent charts.
