Step 1: AI Initiates the Chat

Step 2: User Selects Spreadsheet
User: “Rating Data”
Summaro AI: “Got it! I found the following sheets in 'Rating Data':
- Product Rating
- Service Rating
Which one would you like to use?”
Step 3: User Selects Sheet
User: “Product Rating”
Summaro AI: “You’ve selected 'Product Rating'. Let’s set up your Traffic Light visual.”
Step 4: AI Suggests a Configuration
Summaro AI: “Here's a suggested configuration for your visual:
Display Value: The average rating from cell D32.
Label: "Average Rating"
For the conditional colors:
Green: If the average rating is greater than or equal to 4.
Yellow: If the average rating is less than 4 but greater than or equal to 2.
Red: If the average rating is less than 2.
Would you like to proceed with this configuration, or do you have different conditions or a label in mind?”
Step 5: User Confirms
User: “Looks good! Use the label: Average Product Rating”
Step 6: AI Confirms and Saves Configuration
Summaro AI: “Great! I've saved your new visual with the label "Average Product Rating." It should be ready on your dashboard.”
Step 7: Offer to Save as Preset
Summaro AI: “Would you like to save this conversation as a preset for future use? This would allow you to quickly recreate this visual or similar ones.”
User: “Yes, create a preset.” (optional)
Usage Notes
- Three colors only (Red / Yellow / Green).
- Values must be numeric.
- If you add new rows or columns in your data source, you need to edit the visual and update the mapping to show the latest data.
